Rachel Blankstein

Rachel Blankstein is a co-founder of Spark Admissions, having worked for several years in the field of college and graduate school admissions.   Rachel works with students to help them gain admission to Ivy League and other selective U.S. colleges and universities. In addition, Rachel is a member of the University of Chicago Alumni Admissions Committee.

Rachel Blankstein is a regular speaker on college admissions, presenting research and advice to audiences at top private and public high schools in the U.S. Rachel also frequently offers college admissions workshops at math leagues, language schools, and other venues.  In addition to working with American clients, Rachel works with students from countries across the world, as she has become an experienced college and graduate school admissions advisor for international students seeking higher education opportunities in the United States.  In addition, through Rachel's vast network, she has helped many clients secure meaningful academic and internship experiences.

Rachel holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. She lives in Newton, Massachusetts, with her two children and her husband, an Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School.
